How Did We Lose These Two to Houston??

For those who read regularly, you will catch little nods here and there to my good friends Jesse and Tewlyn-usually Friends quotes and inside jokes. They are Houstonians now, even though they vowed to love Phoenix forever. (It's okay, it happens.) Apparently, Houston is much more picturesque than I thought. It still feels like an armpit when I visit (sorry guys). Of course, coming from Hell, Phoenix doesn't fare much better.

These two have golden touches, especially in the kitchen ( I am still missing mac and cheese, Cholula, salmon, chocolate matzos, homemade ice cream cake and guacamole). They can read a medical textbook or analyze a rock with the best of them. But, surgically attach a camera to Jesse's hand and you get this:

This is beyond golden.

Look down, look down, look down-LOOK UP!

Those photos are amazing. I agree with Terri - they look professional. What kind of camera is that? I need it on my list!! I was always given the description for Houston of "Ew", but I am finding that hard to believe now.

I have friends who left the NE for Houston and they love it there. I must visit.

I agree with theresa and cindy - the photos are professional quality and really beautiful.

I love Phoenix to visit and I probably wouldn't melt, but I would have to take a trip back to the Northeast for fall and winter (just a week).

Sorry your friends deserted you! We've done this a few times ourselves.

We didn't desert you!!! Just blame it on Big Oil! (Add it to the list, right?)

Thanks for the shout-out Linda! I'm so happy to check out my photos, too. Sometimes I wonder if anyone out there is listening :-)

Thanks to all of you for the kind words, as well! They're very much appreciated :-)
